Privacy Policy

In short. www.quantirica.com is Quantirica's corporate website: it has no forms, accounts, visitor analytics or advertising, and it uses no cookies. We only process the technical data the server records on each visit and the emails you choose to send us. Registration and purchases take place on Quantirica's portal, which has its own policy.

1. Data controller

This policy covers the website https://www.quantirica.com, in Italian and English (the "Site"). The TickerExplorer product website, tickerexplorer.com, has its own policy. Registration, licence purchases and use of Quantirica's software take place on the portal https://portal.quantirica.it and are described in the portal's privacy policy.

The Site has no contact or sign-up forms, uses no analytics, pixels or advertising, and does no profiling. The "Copy address" button copies the email address to your device's clipboard and sends nothing. We do not process special categories of data (Article 9 GDPR).

Fonts, images and scripts are hosted on the Site itself: when you open its pages your browser does not contact any third-party server. Links to LinkedIn, YouTube, tickerexplorer.com and the portal lead to external sites, which are covered by their own policies.

We do not sell or pass on data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Google may process data in the United States, on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, alternatively, the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. You may ask us for a copy of the safeguards applied.

You may at any time exercise the rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to support@quantirica.com: we reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the authority of your country of residence.

7. Cookies

The Site uses no cookies. It only stores the language you choose in your browser's local storage: this is a technical tool exempt from consent, which is why the Site shows no banner. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated. The version in force, with its date, is always published on this page.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

This policy and the use of the Site are governed by Italian law and by Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Ferrara, Italy. This is without prejudice to your right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (section 6), to bring proceedings before the courts of the Member State where you reside (Article 79 GDPR) and, if you are a consumer, to the mandatory jurisdiction of the courts of your place of residence or domicile.
